A WoW Poem

This is the story of Kami the Rouge.

She didn’t have a care in the world

All she wanted was to pick your pockets

She melded with the shadows and waited in silence

She’d jump out at you and stab your back

Before you could blink she would be gone

Leaving not a trace to be followed

She had daggers and poisons galore

If she walked by you and pricked you

You’d be dead in an hour

She had all she wanted

She got it all stolen

This is the story of Kami

The sad and lonely rogue

What do your characters do when you log out?

Have you ever wondered what the characters you create do when you log out? I have. I think that  they either enjoy the town or city they are in or they set up camp and relax while you are away. I feel like this would be the sensible or logical thing to do. I mean in WoW if you log off in a major city there is lots to do. Restaurants to go to or taverns to hang out at. If you stop in a smaller place I am sure they have things to do there as well. I mean they are designed to be stopping points and places to relax for weary travelers or adventurers.

But what about in games like Overwatch. What do the characters do when we aren’t playing them? Do they have a base that they all hang out at? Do they all go their separate ways and enjoy their lives and only show up when called upon. I feel like they probably all go off and enjoy their lives. When you log into Overwatch, they probably get called to duty and have to hang out at a secret base somewhere. I hope there is stuff there for them to do. I would hate for them to be bored just sitting waiting to be played, and never get picked.

I have considered writing some Overwatch fan fiction, because at the moment I am all about Overwatch and the event. I mean I still play wow, because I don’t think there will ever be a time when I don’t have an active wow account.

Noble Gardens

Today is the start of Noble Gardens all across Azeroth. Be sure to go to all of the town squares to look for eggs. They may contain items, gold or simply chocolate. The chocolate can be eaten or it can be traded with merchants who have a sweet tooth. Be sure to join in the festivities all week all across Azeroth. Remember that this happens only once a year so be sure to have fun.

Hey guys sorry this is so short. I have just had this in my head for like 3 days. It feels like this would be on a poster somewhere in the main cities in WoW. Image is from google image.

More wow fan fic – Talua

Talua woke up, wondering where she was. The last thing she remembered was being in a battle. At first she thought she was in a hospital of some kind and that a medic had found her. She looked around confused. She looked at her hands and saw some of the skin was missing and she could see bones.

This is odd she thought. After regaining her barrings she realized that she was not in a hospital at all. She was in a tomb. It took her a second to realize that she had been claimed by the Banshee Queen, Slyvanas. The Alliance had heard rumors about her using Valkyrie to claim the souls and bodies of those killed. They were thought to just be rumors because everyone knows how much she hated the Lich King. They didn’t think she was capable of becoming just like him.

In that moment she knew that she was a Forsaken now. She would be recruited as a member of the Horde and would be required to fight against the Alliance and her friends. She would never be accepted by her family or friends, for she was now what they hated. She knew she had to get to a neutral city to send a letter to the King, she needed them to know that she had been claimed and that Sylvanas was in fact claiming the dead for the Forsaken.

Talua knew that she had to move quickly on sending the letter because the curse supposedly removed your memories from before you were Forsaken. She didn’t know how long her memories would keep. She checked her bags for the gold she had collected. All of her possessions were missing, including her gold. The Valkyrie had apparently taken all of her possessions and donated them to the Horde or just taken her belongings for themselves.

She wrote a fake letter saying she was needed in Booty Bay and should be given a free ride. Hopefully the bat handler would be stupid enough to fall for it. She raced to the bat handler and gave him the letter. After reading the letter the bat handler looked at her with suspicion, but gave her a bat anyways. As she flew she wrote the letter she would send to the King; alerting him to what Sylvanas was doing. It was a full days flight but she finally made it. She ran to the nearest mail box feeling her memories starting to fade. She put the letter into the mail box. Hoping that the king would get it. She them went to the inn and went to sleep, knowing she might not remember when she woke up. She was right.

More Fan Fiction – WoW

A young human the age of eight was swooped up by the Kirin Tor. They took her to Dalaran to train her as a mage. They chose Kami because of her unusual skill in magic. She did not come from a prestigious family, nor did she come from a family with a history of magic use. She was in the local school system but the teachers started to get concerned. Kami was using magic, despite the fact no one was teaching her how to. The teachers were so concerned that she would burn down Stormwind that they  called the Kirin Tor. The teachers begged that they take her.

The Kirin Tor were very curious to see this young girl who was wielding magic without being taught. They decided to send someone down to Stormwind. Once the recruiters was there and talked with the teachers they took Kami aside and asked her to show them some of the magic she could do. They were in awe of the power she wielded. They asked “Where did you learn how to do this?” Kami responded “I don’t know, I just kind of do it. Sometimes I can’t really control it.” They were even more in awe of her. They sent her back to her class and went to talk to her parents, both of them tailors.

The recruiter talked to the parents saying “your daughter is incredibly gifted but she needs to learn how to manage and control her abilities.” The mother responded “We know, she sometimes gets scared when she can’t control it. She would love to be able to go to school to study magic but we simply don’t have the funds to send her. We often wonder if she is going to end up burning the whole city down.” The recruiters nodded in agreement, they knew from their interview that she was very talented but had control issues. “We can take her to Dalaran and put her in magic classes there. We will do it for free since we know you can’t afford it. We only do this because of the level of talent and because she can’t keep living with civilians if she cannot control her powers.” The parents nodded and signed the agreement. They felt awful for sending their only child away but they knew they had no other choice really.

The recruiters went back to the school to pick up Kami, who was surprised to see them. They told her “Your parents think it would be best if you came to live with us in Dalaran to learn to manage your magic better.” Kami stopped and said “I don’t want to go, can’t I stay here and learn?” The recruiters looked at each other and one of them said “No, it is to dangerous for you to continue to live in Stormwind. You need to come with us.” Kami responded by saying “No I don’t want to leave my family.” One of the recruiters said “They can come visit you whenever you want them to. They will be made available to you as much as you need them. They  are not giving you away to us. They are only allowing us to train you. Once you complete your training you may return to them.” She knew that last part was a lie but felt it would help convince  Kami to leave her family and come with them.

Kami thought a moment and said “I want to talk to my parents, you need to promise them what you just told me.” With that being said she started to walk towards her parents shop with the recruiters in tow. After much discussion amongst them all Kami agreed to go with them. Kami knew she would have to join the army and help defend the world from the Legion when her training was finished but that she would learn how to make teleports to Stormwind so she could be with her family from time to time while out in the field working for the Alliance.

A Young Dwarf – More fan fic

I was a child of a wealthy dwarf family, heir to the family fortune due to the fact that I was an only child. I use the term was because when I was just a child both of my parents went to war for the alliance, during the first war. They were both killed and I was unable to claim my family fortune, due to the fact that I was only 12.
I was sent to Stormwind, to the orphanage there, where all the other children whose parents had died bravely serving the alliance were sent. It was very strange because I was one of the only Dwarfs. I didn’t fit in and I spent all my free time in the Dwarven District, with the other Dwarves. Every time we get a chance to go on a field trip I always suggest going to Ironforge, when we do go there we take the Deeprun Tram, which is always a lot of fun.
Once a year the orphanage pleads with adventures to take an orphan with them, to show them around the world and tell them on about their travels and adventures. This always kind of depressed me because I never got to go anywhere, I know that I lived in one of the most exciting places in the Eastern Kingdom; I would listen to all the adventures talking about how they had slain giants and other monsters or battled pirates. I have dreamt about becoming a great adventurer and making a lot of money along with my inheritance, also to honor and avenge my parent’s death.
It is difficult for me to think about what they went through, just to protect our home and our freedoms. It is amazing how people can risk their life for someone with out evening knowing them. I want to be one of those people. The person for the orphans to look up to, a role model of sorts, to give inspiration to those who need it most; I have found some adventures willing to talk to a me, very interesting and inspiring. I have an amazing love of country and alliance. I am very interested in becoming someone who defends the alliance and protects the home, and hopes of everyone in it. I would love to go to battle so that people with children would be able to stay home and know that the war is being fought by valiant warriors who will keep them safe.
I wish losing parents to no one. It is not good and it is an incredibly sad place to be. It is difficult to change setting just like that, to be all alone with no one to care for you because the people in charge have too many children. They don’t have time to pay attention to just one child, or simple problems. They are not equipped to deal with as many children as they have which is why the leaders decided to create children’s week; where they get adventures to come and take the children on adventures and to help them with their problems. Most adventures only come for the reward they get for pretending to care about the less fortunate.

More fan fiction – How to spot a rogue

Rogues are not normal people. Most of them have had terrible childhoods. For instance most of the rogues that get picked up for training lived in the orphanage at one point. They have to scrounge for everything. They need to be fierce and they need to be quick and stealthy. If you are not like this in the orphanage than you won’t get far. This is true for both factions and it is also true for the orphans in Shattarath city in Outland.

In fact a lot of rogues escape the orphanage and sneak and steal to make a living. They are people who tend not to have a lot of friends, and the friends they do have are usually only there because the rogue needs them for something. Never trust a rogue they will stab you in the back the moment it is more convenient than having you around.

They will always be dressed for the occasion, because most of the time they will knock someone out and then steal their clothes depending on the situation. They are incredibly agile and they will turn on you in a moments notice. If you see a child on the street begging for money they just might be a rogue, I would check your pocket before you leave. They are excellent thieves.

Just remember to be aware of your surroundings. Especially in cities. This is where most of the rogues in the military come from. They are chosen because they have already honed their skills on the people of the city.
